Australia has recently changed the conversion of Overseas Qualified Nurses to becoming a Registered Nurse in Australia. It is now called OBA or Outcome Based Assessment, where an overseas qualified Nurse has to go through a National Council Licensure Exam (NCLEX) first and pass it prior to taking the practical exam which is called the Objective Structured Clinical Exam (OSCE).
