We at AuRNPathway will help you build pathways for nurses and future registered nurses to Australia. Through our help, you are now a few steps away from fulfilling your nursing dreams!

By checking the box in the payment portal, I state that I have read and understood the terms and conditions.

Agreements

FULL OSCE

1. 1. By enrolling with AuRNPathway you agree to either fully OR partially pay the AuRNPathway OSCE review fee given the stated amount, whether it’s discounted or not, regardless of my personal situation or unexpected financial difficulties. 

INSTALLMENT PAYMENT

2. 2. I understand that AuRNPathway will be requiring a downpayment on enrollment with a $25 admin fee which is added to the review fee.

3. 3. I agree to pay recurring 3 equal payments every 21 days (non business days), starting from the day of my enrollment, until I fully pay my review fee. The payment date remains unchanged from the start of my enrollment if I fail to pay on time.

                 3.1 I agree that I can make early repayments of the total amount of the remaining Installment.

                 3.2 This is without exception, irrespective of any personal situation or unanticipated financial challenges that may arise.

4. 4. If you fail to comply with the Installment payment policy (delayed payment), AuRNPathway has the right to pause your enrollment.  You must fully understand that failure to pay will result in being declined access to our online portal, and the face-to-face training and online sessions until you have made your payment.

5. 5. I agree that I will be contacting AuRNPathway if I have difficulty in paying the fee.

6. 6. IMPORTANT – If we have not received any communication from you within 14 days from your due payment, we have the right to terminate your enrollment with AuRNPathway.

OTHER

             7. I fully understand and agree that there is no refund under any circumstances once I have made my payment for the OSCE review program when paying in FULL or INSTALLMENT.

ONLINE OSCE

1. 1. I fully understand and agree that there is no refund under any circumstances once I have made my payment for the Online OSCE review program.

   2. There is no Installment payment plan for Online OSCE review and is a one-time payment.

   3. Once enrolment has been finalized, you will have unlimited access to our online portal until you pass the AHPRA OSCE exam.

   4. Should you choose to attend a face-to-face session as an additional option, there is an additional fee.

   5. Physical OSCE handbook and practice equipment are not included in the Online OSCE package. This can be purchased separately.

   6. The use of the simulation lab is not included in the Online OSCE package. Unless you have purchased the option to attend face-to-face.

NCLEX

FOR THOSE AVAILING OF THE 1) “NCLEX QUESTIONS BANK + MODULES” PACKAGE AND 2) “FULL NCLEX REVIEW” PACKAGE:

1. 1. I agree to fully* pay the AuRNPathway NCLEX review fee of either of these 2 packages (NCLEX questions bank & modules; or full nclex review), given the stated amount, whether it’s discounted or not, regardless of my personal situation or unexpected financial difficulties. 

*Important note: If you fail to comply with the FULL payment policy, you will not be able to access ANY of the inclusions in the NCLEX packages that require full payment.

2. 2. There is NO installment payment plan option for these two NCLEX packages.

 

FOR THOSE AVAILING THE 3) “NCLEX BANK AND MODULES + FULL OSCE REVIEW” PACKAGE AND 4) FULL NCLEX + FULL OSCE REVIEW” PACKAGE:

1. 1. I agree to either fully or partially** pay the AuRNPathway NCLEX review fee of either of these 2 packages (NCLEX questions bank & modules + OSCE; or full NCLEX + full OSCE review), given the stated amount, whether it’s discounted or not, regardless of my personal situation or unexpected financial difficulties. 

**Important note: If you fail to comply with the Installment payment policy  (failed payment), Australia RN Pathway has the right to pause your enrollment.  You must fully understand that failure to pay will result in denied online portal access, and complete pause to both face to face training and online sessions until you have made your payment.

 

**FOR INSTALLMENT PAYMENT PLAN:

2. 2. **If I choose to pay in Installment, I understand that AuRNPathway will be requiring a downpayment on enrollment with a $25 admin fee.

2. 2. **I agree to pay recurring 3 equal payments every 21 days, starting from the day of my enrollment, until I fully pay my review fee. The payment date remains unchanged from the start of my enrollment if I fail to pay on time. (applicable only for these 2 packages: 1. NCLEX questions bank & modules + OSCE package, and 2. Full NCLEX + Full OSCE review package)
      1. 1. I agree that I can make early repayments of the total amount of the remaining Installment.
      1. 1. This is without exception, irrespective of any personal situation or unanticipated financial challenges that may arise.

2. 2. **I fully agree and understand that Australia RN Pathway will automatically withdraw the due amount from my preferred bank card on the due date (you need to make sure that there is enough balance in your account for that installment).

2. 2. **Important note: If you fail to comply with the Installment payment policy  (failed payment), Australia RN Pathway has the right to pause your enrollment.  You must fully understand that failure to pay will result in denied online portal access, and a complete pause to both face-to-face training and online sessions until you have made your payment.

 

OTHERS:

6. 6. Rest assured that your private card information is secured when you use it to pay for your OSCE or NCLEX review fee.

7. 7. Even if you have fully paid for the course, you won’t be able to access all the OSCE review materials until you pass your NCLEX exam first. Passing your NCLEX exam is a prerequisite before you can start your OSCE review

CERTIFICATION COURSES (First Aid & CPR)

1. 1. Participants should be aware of this policy before committing to registration and payment.

   2. Participants are required to pay the full course fee upfront at the time of registration.

   3. Once payment has been completed, refunds are not permitted.

   4. We are unable to refund the amount who do not turn up for the face-to-face CPR/First Aid training.

   5. Online portal access to the certificates are accessible until course completion.
