By proceeding with your enrolment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions.

FULL OSCE

    1. By enrolling with AuRNPathway you agree to either fully or partially pay the OSCE review fee given the stated amount, whether it’s discounted or not, regardless of my personal situation or unexpected financial difficulties. 

    2. I agree to pay recurring 3 payments every 21 nonbusiness days, starting from the day of my enrollment, until I fully pay my review fee. The payment date remains unchanged from the start of enrollment if I fail to pay on time.2.1 I agree that I can make early repayments of the total amount of the remaining Installment.

      2.2 This is without exception, irrespective of any personal situation or unanticipated financial challenges that may arise.

    3. I agree to pay the full amount, even if I select the installment plan, in order to attend the face-to-face training.

    4. If you fail to comply with the Installment payment policy (delayed payment), AuRNPathway has the right to pause your enrollment.  You must fully understand that failure to pay will result in being declined access to our online portal, and the face-to-face training until you have made your payment.

    1. I agree that it is my responsibility to communicate with AuRNPathway at all times to Inform of any difficulties.

    2. If we have not received any communication from you within 30 days from your due payment, we have the right to terminate your enrollment with AuRNPathway.

    3. I fully understand and agree that there is no refund under any circumstances once I have made my payment for the OSCE review program when paying in FULL or INSTALLMENT.

    4. Enrolments are not transferable to another person.

ONLINE OSCE

    1. I fully understand and agree that there is no refund under any circumstances once I have made my payment for the Online OSCE review program. Online OSCE review and is a one-time payment.

    2. Once enrolment has been finalized, you will have unlimited access to our online portal until you pass the AHPRA OSCE exam and or within 3 years from enrolment.

    3. Should you choose to attend a face-to-face session as an additional option, there is an additional fee.

    4. The OSCE equipment are not included in the Online OSCE, there is an additional fee.

    5. The use of the simulation lab is not included in the Online OSCE. Unless you have purchased the option to attend face-to-face.

    6. Enrolments are not transferable to another person.

NCLEX QUESTION BANK

    1. I agree to fully pay the NCLEX Question Bank given the stated amount, whether it’s discounted or not, regardless of my personal situation or unexpected financial difficulties. 

    2. I agree that the NCLEX Question Bank is valid only for 180 days from the time of enrolment.

    3. I fully understand and agree that there is no refund under any circumstances once I have made my payment.

    4. Enrolments are not transferable to another person.

OTHERS

    1. Even if you have fully paid for the course, you won’t be able to access all the OSCE review materials until you pass the NCLEX exam first. Passing your NCLEX exam is a prerequisite before you can start your OSCE review.

CERTIFICATION COURSES (FIRST AID & CPR)

    1. Participants should be aware of this policy before committing to registration and payment.

    2. Participants are required to pay the full course fee upfront at the time of registration.

    3. Once payment has been completed, refunds are not permitted.

    4. We are unable to refund the amount who do not turn up for the face-to-face CPR/First Aid training.

    5. Online portal access to the certificates are accessible until course completion.

IMPORTANT: The client agrees that all materials, teaching frameworks, simulation methods, online portal content, and assessment techniques, are strictly confidential and proprietary to the provider. 

The client must not:

    1. Share, disclose, or distribute any materials.

    2. Allow access to non‐enrolled individuals.

    3. Copy or reproduce any part of the program.
